The Goatley Family of Goats | "Kids at Play" Yard Sign
After 4 years and an unusually big wind storm, Sonny the Snail retired. Luckily, we found a new hire, Terrance the Turtle. He’s great at his job, albeit he is lower to the ground… we gave him some stilts and now he floats happily above the grass waving his slow down sign.
Sofia is out in the rain today, standing on safety. Asking the commuters to slow down as they drive our residential street to bypass traffic. She is kind, yet stern, silly yet serious. She is a delightful addition to our neighborhood community and our houses little corner.
Love the product: almost $50.00 including shipping, at that price it should be a BOGO.
Had to purchase a proper stand, as the two metal legs didn't cut it.
I love this guy. Sonny number one was a neighborhood icon. My Dad fell in love with him. That caused Sonny number two and three to be posted on the dangerous curve by our summer lake cabin. Then Sonny number one was stolen! Sonny number four and baby Sonny were purchased shortly after the demise of Sonny number one. Then Sonny number four lost his head in a summer storm or naughty teenagers. You choose. One of my students brought me the missing head. The neighbors were sad. So. Welcome Sonny number five. Just sayin I’m a big Sonny fan and so is my neighborhood. He gets holiday apparel and is secured to the corner yield sign. Baby Sonny lives on my cedar fence near his Dad. They’re expensive but totally beloved and worth it. ❤️❤️❤️
